Where we deliver
Backcover currently offers delivery within India to addresses supported at checkout. We do not currently offer international checkout.

Shipping charges
Standard domestic shipping is INR 99 per order, as shown at checkout. Any applicable taxes and the final order total are shown before you place your order.

Dispatch and delivery
Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1-2 business days after order confirmation (and payment confirmation for prepaid orders). Orders placed after 2:00 PM India Standard Time are processed from the next business day. Cash on Delivery is available with no additional COD fee. Standard delivery is estimated at 3-5 business days after dispatch, matching the current checkout shipping option. Allow approximately 4-7 business days in total. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates; remote locations, carrier disruptions and public holidays can cause delays.

Tracking and delivery issues
When tracking is available, it is included in your dispatch confirmation. Check your shipping address and phone number carefully at checkout. To request an address change before dispatch, report a delayed parcel, or report a damaged or incorrect delivery, email backcover.cc@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate delivery problems with the carrier.
